Located on W. Clay St. at Belvedere, you're an easy walk to VCU Monroe Park campus, the Arts District, Monroe Ward and Carver. VCU's MCV campus, Church Hill, Oregon Hill, Carytown, Scott's Addition, and everything else RVA has to offer is just a short bike, bus, or rideshare away.
This vibrant, iconic neighborhood is popular with artists, students, working professionals and families. While the bloom of revitalization in recent years has rendered so many downtown neighborhoods unrecognizable, Jackson Ward has slowly revived many of its row houses and townhomes without compromising the architectural integrity of the area. Don't take that to mean our fabulous turn-of-the-century duplex was among the revitalized. It's OLD. The floors creak a little here and there. Ain't nothing level or plumb.
